The Problem: FedEx wanted to increase customer loyalty and combat the negative perception that they didn’t value what was being shipped.
The Solution: We developed a print campaign that ran in publications and on FedEx boxes, illustrating the real human value behind the shipped items. FedEx knows that the things you send are much more than the item itself; it is your hard work, your relationship with your customer, the trials and errors, the investor’s money… everything it takes for a business to succeed.
