HP: Paparazzi

Introducing the HP Notebook collection. With their stylish sleek lines, unique software design and portability, these notebooks are set to become the ultimate fashion accessories and will be snapped up by the hands of It girls and guys everywhere. This campaign was so successful it was extended to launch HP Beats campaign.​

HP wanted to position its laptop as more than just a device but as an accessory. The HP Envy stood out with its eye-catching design and laser-etched pattern. For further fashionable appeal, they partnered with Vivienne Tam and her 2009 butterfly collection.

HP expanded its sizing for portability by producing a smaller ‘clutch’ design.

All of this led me to the idea of launching the products in a paparazzi campaign.

And we further promoted the desirability and fashionability by having the notebooks featured in Vivienne Tam’s runway show.

Photography assets were also created as brand collateral.
